Falcone
As the viewer moves around each piece, new imagery is formed depending on the angle in which it is viewed. Falcone manipulates light, color and reflection to transport each of his viewers.
Falcone is a French designer and artist whose roots are firmly anchored in the history of art. Falcone was highly influenced by his grandfather's passion for geometric and kinetic artwork. From a young age, optical artworks became a playground for the self-taught artist.
Falcone draws inspiration from the unstructured cubist paintings of Carmen Arden Quin, in addition to the 1960s reflective mirror works from Paolo Scirpa and Christian Megert. Inspired by these endless ever-changing shapes, Falcone usess neon, plexiglass, LEDS and mirrors to create his works.
